We are linked with relationships all around us and our not acknowledging these relationships is the whole problem. The instant we acknowledge a relationship the values start flowing from within us. The flow of values results in our responding to that relationship and when we appraise it, it results in mutual fulfilment – which is evidencing of justice. The way of acknowledging a relationship is to understand its purpose (in universal order of existence). The relationship of ‘mother’ is acknowledged based on understanding its purpose of nurturing (which is essential for universal order to be). The source of nurturing is called as ‘mother’. In the same way, the source of protection is called as ‘father’. The source of evidence (of realization in knowledge) is called as ‘teacher’. The source of inquiry (need to know) is called as ‘student’.
