What is "job satisfaction"?
Does satisfaction come "from" the job?
The satisfaction is not from the job, however well done. The job has to be purposeful. Satisfaction is from being aligned with purpose, and the job that is aligned with purpose is no more a drudgery, but is manifestation of one's satisfaction. The universal human purpose is to lead a resolved, prosperous, fearless and truthful life.
