Rakesh,

I am trying to understand this.

"मानव शरीर में कल्पनाशीलता और कर्म-स्वतंत्रता प्रकट होने की व्यवस्था है। यह प्रकृति प्रदत्त है"

If I am right, every jeev has imaginability and ability to act, but only human body is able to express the imagination and over the course of social development due to design of human body it has developed systems to express itself much better and due to design to very design of human body it has developed society in which it can almost act freely.

But because of the design of the other jeev's bodies ( place in order of evolution - vikas karam ), those jeev 's dont have ability to express the imagination and they could not evolve systems to express themselves, due to both design of their body as well as evolution of much higher order jeevs which in turn controlled the earlier jeevs. So of course, ultimately the reason has been the design of body only ,because that only decided their place in the order of evolution.

Is that correct or there is something else to it ?

Regards,
Gopal.

I agree with what you have written.

jeevan is same for a human, and a jeev. limitation of jeev's body (brain specifically) leads to non-expression of imaginability and free-will by jeevan.

the above like tries to say that imaginability is the given trait from nature to human. It is there in everyone by default. It is the inexhaustible power that all of us have. We can use it the way we like - but it is only when we direct it for comprehension of existence, the imagination gets stemmed with reality. Human-imagination has gone berserk, and that's the cause of present catastrophic condition humankind finds itself in.

Adhyayan is the process of directing our imaginations towards reality. Our imagination gets dissolved in direct-observation or experience of reality.

Rakesh,

"limitation of jeev's body (brain specifically) leads to non-expression of imaginability and free-will by jeevan."

Here you mentioned about limitation of brain specifically. Let me try to understand it bit more. So brain is incapable of expressing the imaginability and free-will in other jeevs.

What is imagination ? The way I see, it is the ability to connect various past experiences/tastes occured through our sensory organs in a meaningful manner. The more meaningful way it connects, the successful the imagination becomes and that is how inventions and ideas are generated.

What we are saying here is that other jeev can although connect the experiences but can not express that due to limitations of the brain. But I also think that even making proper connection between various past experiences and creating a new experience itself is limited in other jeevs. The ability to put together various tastes/experiences itself requires understanding the savbhav of the entities. That kind of understanding is not so much developed in jeevs. The resaon is their place in the evolution. They are bound to play certain role. Due to the predetermined role played by them, they dont have overall system in place ( brain, body , external forces of nature - their place in larger order ) for expressing imaginability and free-will. I think the brain's limitation and design of body and external forces all go hand in hand. It is difficult to identify any single attribute which is the cause of this. Those simply have not emerged for expressing imagination and free-will.

Any comments ?

Gopal.

Hi Gopal,

Jeevan's working with body can be understood with the larger framework of natural-emergence in existence. Please note that this is alternative of Darwinian theory of natural-selection.

Jeevan-atom has the ability to enliven a body (which is a physiochemical structure naturally-emerged on an earth by successive refinement in formation-method innate in respiring-cells).

For jeevs (animals etc) - the brain is such that jeevan-atom is only able to express the desire to live in accordance with the "vansh" (race or specie). Jeevan-atom here expresses itself through animal-body as activities of eating, sleeping, procreation, and fight/flight. To do these activities it uses the senses which are realized in enlivened animal-body. Such expression of animal-world is manifestation of Natural-Equilibrium - as an orderliness.

Human-body emerges on an earth through the same process of successive refinement in formation-method innate in respiring-cells. When jeevan-atom goes about enlivening a human-body, due to the structure of brain jeevan's faculties of thinking and desiring get unleashed. And with that - jeevan's innate thirst for fulfillment starts exploring through these new capabilities. In the absence of comprehension of existence jeevan's exploration remains only with the faculties of selecting, thinking, and desiring are limited to the purview of senses. Whatever jeevan (self) enlivening a human-body expects, thinks, and desires remains in purview of senses. This thinking, desiring, and expecting is desultory. And therefore free-will gets awry. One does/says/thinks one thing at one time - and another at another time. This is called living in animal-consciousness. This is where humankind has been stuck ever since its advent on the planet!!

What is imagination?

Imagination is combination of jeevan's faculties of expecting (aasha), thinking (vichar), and desiring (ichchha). In the absence of comprehension of existence - all human-memories, all human-experiences, all human-tastes are limited in the purview of senses. All efforts of seeking inter-connections between them don't result in emergence of any comprehension in jeevan. This is the way all humankind is stuck!

Now what is the way out?

The way out is directing the human-imagination (our imagination) for comprehension of existence as it is.

How to do it?

One way is to explore ab-initio. (the way Baba did) The other is to study his proposal. There are other proposals also which try to explain existence. The other proposals can be broadly classified into two - (1) Idealism (2) Materialism. If we do a careful and deep analysis - we will find that all proposals which try to explain existence fall under one of the above two categories, or mix and match of these two. Study of these proposals don't lead to comprehension of existence, and realization of orderliness - is the conclusion of madhyasth-darshan.

Jeevan has innate capacity for studying through use of imagination. The aspect of desire in imagination which happens in human-jeevan is the most potent in comparison with the aspects of thinking, and expecting (selection). We study when we desire to comprehend the existence. Without a desire to study existence, we can't study. Study leads to perfect-comprehension of existence as it is. Which is called anubhav - which is distinct from anything sensorial. This anubhav becomes the inexhaustible fountainhead of resolution in jeevan - which gets realized in all dimensions of living. In this way, the free-will gets purposeful or rooted in knowledge. It's with this a human-being truly becomes humane. This is called human-consciousness.

Madhyasth-Darshan is a studyable proposal for shifting to human-consciousness.

Rakesh...
